Hot Press & Contract Sintering
We have state-of-the-art hot-pressing capabilities to produce sintered bodies at maximum temperatures of up to 2200 °C. We can manufacture components with a height of up to 300 mm and a diameter of up to 470 mm. Thanks to our sophisticated energy recovery concept, we also produce boron nitride sintered bodies in a highly resource-efficient and energy-efficient manner.
Machining
In the final step, we give your product the perfect shape. Our sintered boron nitride materials (HeBoSint®) are easy to machine. This allows us to manufacture precision components for you right here in-house in a wide variety of geometries, tailored precisely to your process and ready for use.
